Individual Adult Psychotherapy
As your therapist, my role is to provide you with a safe space to talk about your struggles. My non-judgmental and down to earth manner ensures that you will never feel judged, shamed or criticized in therapy. You will feel assured that I respect and honor your experiences of pain, fear, sadness, confusion, frustration or anger, so that I can help you work through your emotional struggles, and move closer to your goals.
Having over ten years of experience in helping people with depression, anxiety, panic, trauma, relationships, improving various types of communication, struggles with low self-esteem, and a variety of other potential issues that come up in life, you will feel secure that you are receiving effective, skillful and compassionate care and support.
I work from a strengths-based perspective, such that you and I will often bring our focus back to expanding your ability to trust your own instincts.
